The Weekly Haul
Every purchase, every pick, every week — no FOMO, no waiting
Overconsumption can feel exhausting, and I often wrestle with the push-pull of trying not to overdo it while still testing trends to see what’s actually worth it — then wrapping it all up in a neat little bow that feels fun but not over-the-top for everyone on socials.
In a given week, I’m usually juggling ten things at once, and what I’m actually shopping for in real time doesn’t get shared until sometimes weeks later.
With All the Buys, you get the full picture — what I bought, what I’m still thinking about, and what’s going back.
Here are this week’s purchases, laid out.
I really can’t tell if I’m going to love or hate these. I’m not big on Birkenstock clogs — I just feel like there are so many nicer-looking casual shoes out there — and the Goldenstar’s definitely have a similar look. Sometimes I need to see it in person before I make a decision.
On thing I am big on is the comeback of the traditional loafer. I was all in on the chunky loafer trend, but this just feels right, for right now.
I have so much brown in my closet, so thought these would be great suede staple
I see a lot of brown and black and thought this ivory pair would feel a little less harsh for some jeans
This tan suede pair will likely be the pair I reach for most
Random note — if you shop at ASOS, even occasionally, the $19/year ASOS Premier subscription is worth it since shipping times from outside the US are notoriously slow. With Premier, you’ll get free expedited shipping.
